Promoting Resilience and Organized Citizenry towards Empowerment and Community Transformation for Peace in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao “PROTECT Peace in the BARMM” Project is a three-year project agreement between the Consortium on Bangsamoro Civil Society, Inc. (CBCS) and the Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund (GCERF) that aims to build people’s capacity for peacebuilding, social cohesion, and resilience in 70 selected communities across the BARMM.
