This publication serves as the comprehensive final report for Phase II of the PROTECT Peace Project, documenting the CBCS–GCERF journey from “Promise” in 2023 to “Peace” in 2025. It highlights our collective progress in strengthening governance and promoting economic empowerment across the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).
