The Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP), has been prepared within the framework of the Project in Philippines on “No Bangsamoro Child Left Behind in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). This Project is funded by the Japan Social Development Fund (JSDF) through The World Bank and will be implemented by the Consortium of Bangsamoro Civil Society (CBCS) and has been approved by the Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education (MBHTE).
